Creativity Is Intelligence Having Fun.
Designing experiences that make learning stick and culture thrive.

Learning & Development
I take Learning & Development seriously, and my professional experience reflects that commitment. I have created and implemented a new training strategy designed to align learning initiatives with business goals and cultural priorities, ensuring development is both meaningful and measurable. I’ve also designed and facilitated comprehensive programs such as Leadership Development Courses based on Stephen M.R. Covey’s Trust and Inspire and Lattice Performance Management Trainings that strengthen leadership capability across the organization.
My expertise extends beyond training into strategic development and execution across multiple domains, including uniform initiatives, operational strategy, and recognition programs. I don’t simply sustain existing processes; I research, design, and implement strategies that elevate performance, strengthen culture, and deliver measurable results.
Past Projects
Trust & Inspire Leadership Program
Problem: FatCats lacked a shared leadership language and a clear, consistent definition of what effective leadership looked like across the organization.
Solution: After partnering with FranklinCovey on 4DX, we were selected to beta-build a Trust & Inspire leadership program. I helped develop a 27-module curriculum designed to create a leadership framework through practical tools, cohort discussions, and real-world application.
Impact: The program was rolled out company-wide to corporate and senior field leaders through facilitated cohorts and scalable learning experiences. It helped create greater alignment around leadership expectations, coaching, accountability, and culture across the organization.
Arcade Tech Training Program
Lattice Micro-Trainings
Problem: Technical training for Arcade and Attractions teams was often dependent on inconsistent hands-on coaching, and many team members responsible for training others had varying levels of technical knowledge and little formal training experience. This made it difficult to create scalable development paths and standardized knowledge across locations.
Solution: I partnered with industry SMEs to design a comprehensive technical training program that guides learners from entry-level Arcade Tech through Attractions Manager. The program uses video, visuals, and practical examples to support fast on-the-floor application, including advanced modules like Common Arcade Parts (Advanced).
Impact: The program created a more structured and scalable technical development pathway, helping standardize knowledge, support internal growth, and make complex technical concepts easier to learn and apply in the field.
Leadership Summits
Problem: As the organization continued to grow, there was a need for stronger alignment, communication, and leadership development across departments and brands. Large company gatherings existed, but there was an opportunity to make them more intentional, development-focused, and connected to business strategy and culture.
Solution: L&D took ownership of leadership summits for the Support Center, partnering cross-functionally to design and facilitate experiences focused on leadership development, organizational alignment, culture, and strategic priorities. This included agenda design, facilitation, content development, executive collaboration, activities, and branded presentation materials.
Impact: The summits created more consistent leadership messaging, stronger cross-functional connections, and more intentional space for development and collaboration. They also helped position L&D as a strategic partner in driving culture, communication, and organizational alignment across the Support Center.
Problem: As we deployed Lattice across the organization, there was a need for consistent adoption and a clearer understanding of how people management tools connected to day-to-day leadership and broader business strategy.
Solution: I designed and facilitated a series of 15 micro-trainings focused on key Lattice tools, including 1:1s, updates, engagement, and performance reviews. The sessions combined platform training with leadership application, helping leaders understand not just how to use the tools, but why they mattered.
Impact: The trainings were delivered in smaller 30–45-minute group settings, allowing for more personalized instruction, stronger discussion, and greater alignment on performance management practices across the organization.
Ready Now Operator
Through Win Brands Group, I support leadership and development initiatives across both FatCats and Costa Vida.
Problem: As Costa Vida expanded into new and out-of-market locations, the company needed a more scalable and consistent approach to leadership development.
Solution: I partnered in developing Ready Now Operator (RNO), a cohort-based leadership program designed to prepare high-potential leaders to run current and future locations. The program combines online learning, facilitated discussions, field assignments, and real-world application.
Current State: RNO is being finalized for deployment to strengthen leadership alignment, improve bench readiness, and support long-term organizational growth.
Graphic Design
I design across print, social, and product with a focus on how visuals influence understanding, behavior, and experience. To me, great design and great strategy work hand in hand. Each sharpening the other. Whether I’m creating something new or refining what already exists, I aim for clean, purposeful design that brings clarity, stays true to the brand, and helps teams and audiences connect with the message.
